The Institute was started in 1995 and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.  The Institute is located in a campus of 7.33 hectares, 26 km. from the Secunderabad Railway Station and 22 km. from the Hyderabad Airport.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

• To provide Professional Education to men and women particularly the youth in the field of Engineering and Technology.

ADMISSIONS

95% of the seats are filled based on the merit of the candidates in a Statewide Common Entrance Test. 5% of the seats are open for NRI candidates who have passed an examination equivalent to 10+2, at the discretion of the Management of the Institute.  If there are no NRI candidates the seats are given to Indian Nationals provided they have Ist class in 10+2 level or its equivalent and atleast 60% aggregate in group.
Annual Fees : Rs.60,000/- ($6,000 US for NRIs) - (Subject to change)

INFRASTRUCTURE

Adequate infrastructural facilities more than the norms laid down by All India Council for Technical Education are provided in the form of Building Space, Class rooms / Drawing Halls, Waiting Halls for girls.  Student activity centers, Laboratories, Library, Computer Center, Canteen, Sports and Games fields, Uninterrupted power and water supply etc.
